TMHE Orientation Days is our pan-european introduction program with participants from all of Europe. The TMHE Orientation Days 2024 is in Mjölby March 20th-21st.
This course provides a general introduction for both manager and employee about the annual Personal Performance & Development Review (PPDR). It focuses on preparing the dialog in Talentsoft and how to perform the dialogue with your manager or employee.
This course lasts 15 minutes. Here is the structure of the course:

- Talentsoft
- The dialogue
- Continuous conversation
The LEAD program consists of 4 modules scheduled over approximately 6 months.
It is a basic leadership program aimed at leaders with at least 12 months experience as leaders. It will enhance your self-awareness, give an understanding of how groups functions and develops, increase your business acumen and give you an understanding of how you contribute to execute TMHE´s strategies.

Module 3: Business Leadership & TMHE Strategy
Module 4: Strategy Execution, Roadmap and call-to-actions
The HR-program is designed to increase the participants’ understanding of strategy, and the ability to contribute to develop and execute strategy. It also provides input and tools for effective cross-functional cooperation to strengthen TMHEs competitiveness.
The main target group for the program are HR Directors and Managers across TMHE’s European operations.
