LEAD is a training program for TMHE Leaders, primary aimed for managers with subordinates. As a participant you will be given an understanding for what it means to have the responsibility for results and progress, as well as be given the tools to act accordingly. The responsibility to deliver in the day-to-day on-going activities, as well as developing teams and team members to ensure quality and improvements is used as a base for developing your own roadmap.

Nomination: If you are interested in joining the program you need to talk to your manager and local HR who will nominate you to the program once you have agreed that LEAD Program is suitable for you. OBS! Nomination doesn't guarantee a spot on the programme. All nominations are sent by managers to: LEAD@toyota-industries.eu

The LEAD program consists of 4 modules scheduled over approximately 6 months. It is a basic leadership program aimed at leaders with at least 12 months experience as leaders. It will enhance your self-awareness, give an understanding of how groups functions and develops, increase your business acumen and give you an understanding of how you contribute to execute TMHE´s strategies.

The program is currently run twice a year, one program starts in April and the other in October. Each program is run with 16 participants from all parts of TMHE.
