The goal with LIFT is to give you as a leader the tools to: Structure cross functional work, build a good team and trust between you and the employees. It will give you the chance to build a network of cross functional contacts and get insight into other people's challenges and daily work.
The LIFT program consists of 3 modules scheduled over approximately 4 - 5 months:
Module 1: Setting the scene the importance of cross-functional leadership.
Module 2: Achieving ambitions and goal by cooperating with and influencing people and teams.
Module 3: Executing strategy and call-to-action.
