LEAD is a training program for TMHE Leaders, primary aimed for managers with subordinates. As a participant you will be given an understanding for what it means to have the responsibility for results and progress, as well as be given the tools to act accordingly. The responsibility to deliver in the day-to-day on-going activities, as well as developing teams and team members to ensure quality and improvements is used as a base for developing your own roadmap.

The Lead program for me, it was a unique experience because it hit several different aspects that no other leadership training I have attended before has done. The mixed business perspective, own personal development, group dynamics and not least of all new friends from TMHE. LIFT is a training program for TMHE Leaders whose primary responsibility demands cross-functional cooperation and coordination. During the program, your responsibility and accountability as a cross-functional leader will be an important theme. You will be introduced to and train the use of practical and action-oriented tools like managing stakeholders, leading, mobilizing and influencing teams.

At LIFT program I got great tools for structure my cross functional work, how to build a good team and how to build trust. I gained a valuable TMHE network of cross functional contacts & insight into other people's challenges and daily work. - Ulrika Wilmenius

TMHE Leadership Academy

This course provides a general introduction for both manager and employee about the annual Personal Performance & Development Review (PPDR). It focuses on preparing the dialog in Talentsoft and how to perform the dialogue with your manager or employee.

This course lasts 15 minutes. Here is the structure of the course:

TMHE Leadership Academy

The LEAD program consists of 4 modules scheduled over approximately 6 months.

It is a basic leadership program aimed at leaders with at least 12 months experience as leaders. It will enhance your self-awareness, give an understanding of how groups functions and develops, increase your business acumen and give you an understanding of how you contribute to execute TMHE´s strategies.
