The changes in the business landscape are accelerating which requires more collaboration and integrations across TMHE with a higher delivery phase. A healthy project culture and professional execution of portfolio and project management is important to be able to deliver on TMHE business targets under these circumstances.
One of the key success factors is to understand, spread and use the XLPM methodology and principals across TMHE.

We offer on-site and online trainings in XLPM, appr 2-4 times per year, depending on the demand. Trainings can be held in Mjölby, Gothenburg or Willebroeck, also depending on the current needs. There is a cost associated with the on-site trainings depending on the number of participants, which means that in order to keep the cost at a reasonble level we can in general run trainings with 10-15 participants.

XLPM E-learnings:
On-site training in XLPM. The sessions runs 2-3 times a year, depending on the demand. A fee to cover the external costs are distributed to the home organisations of the participants, appr € 1.000 - 1.200.
